The Pool is now closed for the season.

As the webmaster and a member of the board of trustees I would like to thank Jeff Clarke and Pat Clarke for their hard work this summer. The pool is a much better place with them around. Also great thanks to our guards, office and snack bar staff. Truly we could not have done as much as we did without them. Finally a special thanks to you, our members. We received many compliments about the pool and the grounds and it was really appreciated.

A special thanks to my fellow board members for making this a great season and to the members of the by-law committee who spend four weeks hashing out the new changes.

We do have two final announcements

• Saturday September 6th from 12 to 4 PM the pool will be open for members to pick up their chairs and towels. Unfortunately we do not have the space to store them safely during the winter. See Chair Day for more details.
• We will hold our winter general meeting in February 2009. Announcements will be mailed to you in January 2009.
